No other holiday let in the area can offer such a superb facility. The spacious, open plan kitchen dining room is perfect for extended family celebrations which many of our guests take advantage of.

Upstairs, on the first floor there are 4 good sized bedrooms, 3 doubles (1 with king) and 1 twin, with room to put up a toddler zed bed or cot.

The top floor is a large converted loft with a spacious king sized double bed. All the bedrooms are beautifully furnished and quality bed linen and bath towels are included in your rental. All you need to bring are towels for the pool.

Each floor has a quality modern bathroom with large shower cubicles. Add to this the toilet and shower room off the pool and the downstairs cloakroom with toilet and hand basin and there is no shortage of bathroom facilities to go round.

Outside there is a large completely enclosed and private garden. Designed over two tiers there is plenty of lawn for children to play safely.

Good quality garden furniture and barbecue are provided for your enjoyment. With the colourful plants and shrubs it is a quiet haven to relax in after a busy day sightseeing or on the beach.

Home Farm Cottage is entered from the charming front garden. It was originally the old dairy and has now been beautifully modernised into a delightfully cosy retreat. It makes a perfect escape for grandparents of large family groups.

There is one twin bedroom with ensuite facilities. The kitchen boasts a range of Bosch appliances including oven, fridge, washer/dryer and dishwasher - everything to enable you to have an easy self catering holiday experience. Home Farm Cottage has a small seating area to the front in the pleasant courtyard for relaxing in the afternoon/evening sun with a good book or watching the world go by. Underfloor heating throughout makes this a particularly cosy cottage that you may find you don't want to leave.

Home Farm is the perfect place for both toddlers and teenagers. As well as the pool there is TV, Children's DVDs, playstation and board games. Add to this the large self enclosed garden and the children are entertained leaving you to relax and enjoy.
