Holly-Garth has been welcoming guests since 2009 and is an individual superbly equipped 4 star holiday cottage close to the centre of the pretty market town of Helmsley, on the edge of the North York Moors.

Holly-Garth sleeps eight in four first floor bedrooms and has two bathrooms on that floor.

On the ground floor, there are two sitting rooms, a large kitchen/diner and shower room with washbasin & WC.

There is enclosed parking for up to three cars plus a pretty and sheltered courtyard garden at the back of the house - ideal for summer barbecues or simply relaxing with a book.

Our Rental price includes: All power, gas central heating, bedlinen and towels (one hand and one bath towel per person), kitchen towels and tea towels. There is also a starter pack including toilet rolls, hand soap and dishwasher tablets provided. WiFi, large screen HD televisions, satellite TV, DVD/Blu-ray players and DVD library, kindling, firelighters, a scuttle of coal and a basket of logs for the fire (from 1st October - 31st March only). A high chair, travel cot (but not cot linen) and stair gates are available on request.

Holly-Garth is directly managed by ourselves (the owners). We have accreditation in the "Walkers Welcome" and "Cyclists Welcome" schemes. In October 2019, Holly-Garth was awarded a Four Star Gold Award for the tenth year in a row by Visit England, for the high standard of our accommodation and customer service.
