Penny Black is a romantic, pretty, traditional two up, two down stone built boutique cottage. She is over 240 years old and has been sympathetically refurbished to retain her period charm and character whilst being complemented by modern facilities. She has been awarded Visit England Three Star Gold grading.

Penny Black accepts clean, well behaved dogs and their owners, she has a cosy wood burner, private off road parking and an enclosed country garden enjoying far reaching views of surrounding countryside.
Penny Black sits on the route of the Westhouse Walks and is close to the famous Ingleton Water Falls. She is conveniently situated for the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge which includes Whernside, Ingleborough and Pen-y-ghent mountains. Within a mile of Penny, you will find riverside walks, horse riding, cycle tracks, mountain climbs, caving and cross-country walks. There are walks for all ages and abilities.
